The moments that matter
Offer a real choice about the next appointment. Adapt the wording to your voice, availability and client’s preference.
Handle the cancellation calmly. Match the released time to a suitable client who asked to hear about openings.
Keep checkout rebookings and offered-gap refills separate. Record actual counts and choose one change for next week.
This kit is for independent nail technicians with an existing booking method. Use the features in your booking app where they already work. The guide helps you organise the remaining steps.

Offer drafts, content ideas and a 14-day paid-pilot plan.
A practitioner review, five usability tasks and a copyable feedback record.
The evidence, existing alternatives and assumptions behind the pilot.
Three uncontacted organisations and the limits of the research.
What was checked in the PDF, workbook and customer ZIP.
One ZIP with the complete customer kit, all launch and review documents, sample pages and the editable content source.
Before you begin
No. These are manual tools. The spreadsheet calculates two rates from your entries; it does not send, reserve appointments or sync with booking software.
A PDF viewer, a text editor and an Excel-compatible spreadsheet app. The guide’s printable worksheets can also be completed by hand. Phone editing and individual spreadsheet apps have not been tested.
It is a suggested sequence for setting up a routine, not a results deadline. This pilot has not been buyer-tested and does not guarantee bookings, retention or income.
It includes communication examples. Adapt them to your actual agreed terms, client permissions and professional service recommendations.
